March Break in Edmonton rules!

After a long Edmonton winter, everyone looks forward to March Break. The Vertica Resident Services blog team wants to help fill your week off with family-friendly fun. The weather may or may not feel like springtime, but all of these fun ideas are weatherproof! Spring Break in Edmonton rules!

Indoor Playgrounds

There is no telling what the weather will do during March Break in Edmonton. You don’t need to worry about what sort of mood Mother Nature is in when you bring the kids to one of the many indoor playgrounds in the city!

Go Go Karting

If you or your kids are feeling the need for speed this March Break, head over to Fast Track Go Karting. Feel the rush as you zoom around the track in electric karts at speeds of up to 70km/h! There is an adult track (height requirement 56” or taller) and a 30km/h junior track (height requirement 48” or taller). They are open to thrill you, Sunday to Thursday from 10 am until 11 pm and Friday and Saturdays from 10 am until midnight.

Spring Break at the Library

The Edmonton Public Library is the perfect resource for fun and free activities this March Break. Cultivate your child’s green thumb with Green Things Grow, learn about computer coding with Code Breakers and lots more. Check out the full schedule here.

Climbing Camp

If your kids have the week off, but you have to work, they may love the Vertically Inclined Spring Break Camp. They offer a Jr. Treefrogger Camp for ages 5 to 9 and a Treefrogger Camp for ages 10 and up.

The Vertica blog team hopes that these ideas help bring some well-deserved joy into your March Break. For information on Vertica Rental Properties in Edmonton, please visit our website, today.
